Life is full of changes, and navigating those in between moments can feel overwhelming. Whether you are balancing friendships and career beginnings, transitioning from dependence on parents to living on your own in college or early adulthood, moving through marriage, parenthood, or rediscovering your sense of self, these transitions often bring anxiety, stress, and uncertainty. It is normal to feel lost at times, but you do not have to go through it on your own.​

I support clients in working through:

  • Life Transitions: From starting college or living independently for the first time, building new friendships, and adjusting to career changes, marriage, parenthood, or the challenges of midlife. These major changes and all the in between moments along the way can bring powerful emotions. Therapy provides tools, space, and guidance for navigating such phases with confidence and clarity.​
  • Depression and Anxiety: Together, we will identify triggers and use evidence-based strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to manage negative thought patterns, relieve distress, and build healthier coping skills that promote emotional balance and resilience.​
  • Relationships and Social Dynamics: Navigating the complexities of friendships, workplace interactions, and personal relationships while finding a balance between connection and independence. Therapy helps you strengthen communication and create more satisfying relationships.​
  • Rediscovering Yourself: When you feel uncertain in those in between moments of life, therapy supports you in reconnecting with your identity, values, and goals so you can move forward with clarity and purpose.​

My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). CBT helps clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns and take meaningful, actionable steps toward change. EMDR allows for processing difficult or distressing experiences, reframing the past, and moving forward with resilience and self-confidence.​

Together, we will work toward greater clarity and growth, helping you manage life’s challenges, including all the in between moments, with more purpose and self-understanding.​
