Therapy for Life Transitions, Anxiety, Depression, and Women’s Issues
Life is full of changes, and navigating them can feel overwhelming. Whether you're a teen dealing with school stress, a young adult juggling friendships and career pressures, or an adult managing marriage, parenthood, or rediscovering yourself, these life transitions often bring up anxiety, depression, and a sense of uncertainty.
It’s normal to feel lost—but you don’t have to face it alone.
I specialize in helping clients work through anxiety, depression, women’s issues, and the challenges of life transitions—offering practical support and personalized strategies to help you feel grounded and empowered.
Life Transitions
Major changes like starting college, launching a career, navigating marriage, becoming a parent, or facing the complexities of midlife.
Depression and Anxiety
Whether caused by stress, disconnection, or emotional overload, we’ll use a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)approach to identify patterns and build lasting coping strategies.
Women’s Issues
From identity shifts to burnout, motherhood to relationship stress, I support women through the unique mental health challenges they face.
Relationship and Social Dynamics
Helping clients navigate friendship shifts, workplace challenges, and personal relationships while finding the balance between connection and independence.
Rediscovering Yourself
If you feel like you’ve lost sight of who you are, we’ll work together to reconnect you with your purpose, identity, and personal goals.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support meaningful change. CBT helps you identify unhelpful thoughts and behaviors and replace them with healthier, more productive ones. EMDR helps process and reframe past trauma so you can move forward with greater peace, clarity, and confidence.
Together, we’ll navigate life’s transitions and challenges in a way that feels honest, healing, and hopeful.
